The VZ Company Portal is a digital office for companies, where you can find comprehensive information about your pension fund solution. You can enter and manage data on insured employees, submit notifications, carry out searches and retrieve documents.

Who can use the VZ Company Portal?
The VZ Company Portal is available to all companies that are affiliated with the VZ OPA Collective Foundation or the VZ Collective Foundation or that have a broker contract with VZ. Use of the VZ Company Portal is free of charge.
Pension solutions in the VZ Company Portal
As your company's owner, HR manager or pension manager, you can use VZ Company Portal to manage all relevant information about your pension solution and keep track of all documents and processes:
- You can process changes to personal data, employment relationships, employee departures and deaths.
- You can report and change your employees' salaries. You can display all changes clearly and filter them.
- You can consult a daily updated view of your employees' pension plans and contributions.
- You can see all pension-related documents at a glance.
Manage your insurance online
If your company uses VZ Insurance Management, you can also view and check your current insurance contracts. VZ Insurance Management analyses your company's insurance solutions, identifies risks and advises you professionally so that you get the best insurance cover for your company and employees. In the VZ Company Portal, you can process all correspondence relating to your insurance solutions digitally and access your contracts and documents online at any time. VZ also provides important information and fact sheets about your insurance policies.
