    The VZ Company Portal is available to all companies that are affiliated with the VZ OPA Collective Foundation or the VZ Collective Foundation or that have a broker contract with VZ. Use of the VZ Company Portal is free of charge.

    As your company's owner, HR manager or pension manager, you can use VZ Company Portal to manage all relevant information about your pension solution and keep track of all documents and processes: 

    • You can process changes to personal data, employment relationships, employee departures and deaths.
    • You can report and change your employees' salaries. You can display all changes clearly and filter them.
    • You can consult a daily updated view of your employees' pension plans and contributions.
    • You can see all pension-related documents at a glance.

To use the Compny Portal, you'll need an e-mail address and the FortiToken Mobile app. You can download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
