In the VZ Financial Portal, you can list details of your home, holiday house and any other rental property, together with all the mortgages, and then conveniently manage all these online. This means you always have an overview of your net assets. You also have more control over the maturity dates of your mortgages: You can see when payments are due and which mortgages are coming up for renewal. And thanks to the mortgage monitoring system, you can set interest rate alarms for each mortgage and then receive notification as soon as the rates exceed a certain limit.
