Salesforce grants 34,444 RSUs to Momentum hires under inducement plan

(AWP Alliance News) - Salesforce granted 34,444 restricted stock units under its 2014 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan to 35 Momentum employees who joined following the acquisition. The RSUs vest over four years.

A 25% tranche vests on the first anniversary of the grant date. The remaining 75% vests quarterly in 12 equal installments, subject to continued service.
