IN BRIEF: SAP completes acquisition of Dremio

(AWP Alliance News) - SAP SE - Walldorf, Germany-based enterprise software company - Completes the acquisition of Dremio Corp. Dremio, the Austin, Texas-based analytics software company, develops data lakehouse platforms for artificial intelligence agents, offering knowledge workers and AI agents "instant, governed access to enterprise data through any LLM or tool of their choice," says the company. "Combined with SAP Business Data Cloud, we can now take customers from raw, fragmented data to governed, AI-ready intelligence on a single open platform," says Philipp Herzig, chief technology officer of SAP. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Current stock price: EUR140.06, closed up 0.3% each in Frankfurt on Monday
