Who is the VZ Start-up Package suitable for?

The Start-up Package is ideal for anyone wanting to set up a new company, but to also focus on their business idea at the same time. The VZ Start-up Desk supports you every step of the way, from establishing your company, right through to starting business activities.

If you have developed a business plan, created a budget and chosen a company name, you need just two meetings with the Start-up Desk to found the company and then put in place an accounting system and the necessary social insurance schemes.

How does the process for setting up a company work with the VZ Start-up Desk?

At an initial meeting, experts from VZ will look at your business idea and company name. We will also help you choose the right legal form.

Once this has been decided, we complete all the necessary forms and as your authorised representative, put together all the required documentation. When founding a public limited company (PLC) or limited liability company (LLC), this can include drafting the articles of association and entering the company in the commercial register.

After transferring the start-up capital, we send you all the documents to be signed so that we can then forward them to the commercial register to be notarised.

How do I make sure the company is properly protected?

The experts from the VZ Start-up Desk prepare the OASI registration and help you select the right personal and business insurance. If required, you can conclude a VZ pension solution and make your company a member of our pension foundation. This helps to reduce your administration costs and you benefit from cost savings which could otherwise only be negotiated by large companies.

Which other services are offered by the Start-up Desk?

If required, VZ can also provide fiduciary services, for example drafting annual accounts, salary declarations or VAT calculations.

If you set up your company with VZ, the capital contribution account is free of charge. After your company is established, you then have the choice of transferring the freed-up capital to another bank.
