What to consider after establishing a company
Once a new company is established, the real work only just begins. Many key decisions have to be made after this step. In the initial phase, it's crucial for the success of the new company that the owners are able to focus fully on value-adding activities - especially in the case of SMEs employing fewer than five people. In addition to bookkeeping duties, tax and social security obligations may also arise, depending on the legal form. For many founders of new companies, it's therefore recommended to get external support at an early stage in order to avoid unnecessary mistakes. For instance, an increasing number of start-ups delegate fiduciary tasks to independent specialists.
