Its main strengths are the diversity of its clients, optimized supply chain and processes as well as a project management team capable of developing projects perfectly adapted to the clients’ needs. The group has a strong presence in the different market segments (home, condominium, agricultural and industrial) both in clients' own investments and in contracting (30% of turnover). In recent years, the group has achieved an average EBITDA of around 2,700,000 Swiss francs.

The group can count on loyal and competent employees. Due to its size, it is able to train its employees internally so that they work according to the high-quality standards imposed by management. Furthermore, the group has modern premises adapted to its activities.

Buyer’s profile

The buyer is ideally a company already active in the market or an investor with a strong interest in the solar sector and its evolution. The group is experiencing strong growth, as is its market. It is therefore essential that the buyer is willing to support this growth.

Goal

The shareholders are willing to sell the entire group. If necessary, they are prepared to stay within the company, particularly to ensure the transition.
