UBS to redeem outstanding 2027 yen-denominated notes

(AWP Alliance News) - UBS Group AG - Zurich and Basel, Switzerland-based bank and financial services provider - Plans to redeem all outstanding JPY8.30 billion, around USD52.5 million, 0.904% fixed rate and floating rate senior notes due 2027. The notes were originally issued in 2017 and will be redeemed on the optional redemption date of October 27. "The last trading day of the senior notes on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be 23 October 2026. The last trading of the senior notes on the Tokyo pro-bond market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange will be 21 October 2026," UBS says.
