(AWP Alliance News) - Romande Energie Holding agreed to acquire the Les Useroles wind farm in France, extending its renewable generation footprint under its Vision 2040 plan. The eight-turbine asset in Côte-d'Or produces about 42 GWh of electricity a year, enough to supply more than 10,000 households.

The deal supports the group's target to manage a 5 TWh generation portfolio to meet rising electrification demand. Romande Energie France now owns and operates 14 producing assets, with five additional wind projects ready to build, for about 240 MW of gross capacity.
