European stock movers in focus:
----------
Rheinmetall, down 16% at EUR845.50, 12-month range EUR818.70-EUR1,966.00. The maker of weapons and ammunition and of vehicle and power systems lowers its sales outlook for 2026 to around EUR13.2 billion, having previously forecast between EUR13.7 billion and EUR14.2 billion. It says this is due to project delays.
----------
Air France KLM SA, up 13% at EUR12.72 in Paris, 12-month range EUR8.37-EUR14.43. The owner of the French and Dutch flag carriers says operating profit in the the third quarter increases 10% on-year to EUR1.35 billion. Higher ticket prices help cushion the blow from fuel costs, which are EUR436 million higher in the third quarter compared to the period last year.
----------
Legrand, up 5.5% at EUR134.75, 12-month range EUR121.95-EUR166.95. The manufacturer of electrical and communication products lifts its annual guidance and reports "very strong sales growth" in the first nine months of the year. Net profit in the first nine months of 2026 surges 20% to EUR1.08 billion from EUR894.4 million, while net sales climb 19% to EUR8.33 billion from EUR6.97 billion. Legrand now sees sales growth between 20% and 22% at constant currency for 2026, its view upped from the 16% to 19% range.
----------
Deutsche Telekom, down 2.9% at EUR25.98, 12-month range EUR23.53-EUR34.36. The telecommunications firm says third quarter net profit climbs 14% to EUR2.76 billion from EUR2.43 billion, with net revenue totalling EUR31.10 billion, rising 7.5% from EUR28.94 billion. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation and after leases rises to EUR11.75 billion, a climb of 13% from EUR10.37 billion a year prior. Deutsche Telekom plans a EUR1.10 per share dividend for 2026, shy of consensus of EUR1.12.
----------
Diageo PLC, up 2.6% at 1,861.00p each in London, 12-month range 1,295.50p-1,908.00p. It backs full-year guidance and reports a stronger-than-expected quarter as a decline in sales in North America proved less than feared. The London-based brewer and distiller, which owns brands including Guinness stout and Johnnie Walker whisky, says net sales grow 1.2% to USD4.93 billion in the quarter ended September 30 from USD4.88 billion the year prior. It continues to expect broadly flat organic net sales growth and low-to mid-single-digit organic operating profit growth for the full year.
