Porsche reshuffles regions; Partners atNorth stake

Porsche AG - Stuttgart, Germany-based automotive manufacturer - Says Germany will become part of the Europe reporting segment, bringing the number of sales regions to four from five. Additionally, responsibilities across North, Central and South America will be consolidated into a new Americas region. "Our markets are a key factor in Porsche's success. By restructuring, we are strengthening the regions' autonomy, speeding up decision making, and creating the conditions to implement our strategy even more consistently worldwide," says Matthias Becker, member of the executive board for sales and marketing."

Partners Group Holding AG - Baar, Switzerland-based private equity firm - Agrees to acquire 10% of pan-Nordic data center platform atNorth. "The company has over 1.5 gigawatts of secured power with a considerable amount of planned additional future capacity and a robust demand pipeline that is set to benefit from continued AI-driven growth. Over the last four years, atNorth has seen contracted Ebitda increase 14-fold," Partners says. The group originally acquired atNorth in 2022. In February, Partners sold atNorth to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Equinix in a transaction that valued the company at an enterprise value of USD4 billion. atNorth recently announced its expansion into Norway with the acquisition of land for a data center site designed to support high-density workloads and hyperscale deployments. Dmitriy Antropov, head of infrastructure partnership investments, says: "We have conviction in its growth strategy and share the management team's vision. The company is set to continue benefiting from structural tailwinds, including a diversified demand mix and increased AI deployment requirements."

Deutsche Telekom AG - Bonn, Germany-based telecommunications company - Chief Financial Officer Christian Illek plans to step down after the 2027 AGM in April. He is to be succeeded by Dhananjay Mirchandani, head of group controlling. Additionally, Deutsche Telekom names Mladen Mitic as chief product & digital officer. He was previously responsible for B2C commercial growth in the Europe segment. Mitic succeeds Jonathan Abrahamson, who is leaving the company at his own request.
