(AWP Alliance News) - Swiss food and beverage giant Nestle on Thursday reported an increase in third-quarter revenue and maintained its full-year growth and profitability outlook.
Revenue rose to 22.76 billion Swiss francs ($28.8 billion) from 21.64 billion francs a year earlier, with organic sales growth of 4%.
Real internal growth, a measure of sales volumes and product mix, increased by 2.8% year-on-year.
Nestle said its focus on investment in high-growth businesses and improving performance across its core operations was delivering results.
Its high-growth businesses maintained organic growth in the high single digits, while performance across its core operations improved further in the third quarter.
Looking ahead, Nestle reaffirmed its forecast for organic sales growth of 3% to 4% in 2026.
The company also expects its underlying trading operating profit margin to improve from last year.
Its second-half margin is forecast to remain broadly in line with the first half, excluding any tariff refunds.
