The property was acquired from Hunt Midwest, which developed the Class A build-to-suit facility in 2025 as the first phase of KCI 29 Logistics Park.

The asset is under a long-term net lease to Ace Hardware. The deal was an off-market transaction brokered by Newmark Zimmer.
