Lonza hires Samanta Cimitan as chief commercial officer

(AWP Alliance News) - Lonza Group Ltd - Basel, Switzerland-based contract development and manufacturing organisation focused on serving the healthcare industry - Announces appointment of Samanta Cimitan to serve in the newly created role of chief commercial officer from January 1 onwards. Cimitan currently serves as chief executive officer at Celonic AG, a Basel-based biologics CDMO firm. In her new position, Cimitan will lead strategic enterprise account management, global marketing and commercial excellence.
