European stock movers in focus:

----------

Kering, down 12% at EUR188.44, 12-month range EUR187.50-EUR354.20. The luxury goods company and owner of the Gucci fashion house says revenue in the third quarter is largely flat on-year at EUR3.35 billion, but weakens 1% on a comparable basis. Gucci alone sees a 4% reported sales fall, a 6% decline on a comparable basis. "The recovery of Gucci remains our defining priority," CEO Luca de Meo says.

----------

L'Oreal, up 4.4% at EUR431.15, 12-month range EUR338.85-EUR436.85. The personal care company reports third quarter revenue growth of EUR11.56 billion, up 12% from a year ago. It says growth is seen across all regions and segments, driven predominantly by mix and volume. "The global beauty market, once again, proved its resilience in a challenging context - and we continued to significantly outpace it," says Chief Executive Nicolas Hieronimus.

----------

Eni, up 4.3% at EUR27.26, 12-month range EUR15.01-EUR27.26. A stronger oil price and well-received earnings send Eni shares to a 12-month high. It announces it will pay a special dividend and increase its buyback programme after considering its "excellent operating and financial performance of the nine months" and its improved annual outlook. Eni says net profit in the third quarter of the year jumps to EUR3.49 billion from EUR865 million a year prior. The Rome-based oil and gas company will distribute an extraordinary dividend of EUR0.46 per share, around EUR1.3 billion, in December and will increase its share buyback by 12% to EUR3.8 billion.

----------

Holcim, up 5.6% at CHF67.18, 12-month range CHF60.10-CHF82.54. It raises its its full-year profit guidance after reporting higher sales and earnings. The building materials company says recurring earnings before interest and tax rise 17% to CHF976 million, around USD1.19 billion, in the third quarter, with net sales up 16% to CHF4.66 billion. Looking ahead, Holcim upgrades its full-year 2026 organic recurring Ebit growth guidance to between 10% and 12%.
