(AWP Alliance News) - Hexagon has agreed to acquire geotechnical engineering analysis software provider Rocscience for an enterprise value of USD 535 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Rocscience is expected to generate revenue approaching USD 50 million in calendar 2026, with annual recurring revenue equivalent to more than 80% of sales.

The deal is expected to be accretive to net income from closing, with EBITAC margins above 40%. Rocscience will join Hexagon's Radar & Monitoring division within its Infrastructure & Geospatial business.
