Azimut Holding Spa - Milan-based asset manager - Subsidiary AZ International Holdings SA signs binding agreement to acquire 100% of Yapi Kredi Portfoy Yonetimi AS, the asset management subsidiary of Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS, Turkey's 4th largest privately-owned bank with a 7% market share. "This transaction represents a major milestone in Azimut's global growth strategy, cementing the group's leadership in one of Europe's most dynamic wealth markets. Azimut's assets under management in Turkey will scale to approximately EUR29 billion, establishing the combined platform as the country's second-largest asset manager and elevating Turkey to become Azimut's third-largest market globally by assets under management." Upon closing, Azimut and Yapi Kredi will enter into a 15-year exclusive distribution agreement, under which Yapi Kredi will act as the primary distributor for the combined entity's products, providing Azimut with exclusive access to a nationwide network of 730+ branches, over 18 million clients, and more than 5 thousand dedicated relationship managers as well as Yapi Kredi's digital franchise.

Sandoz Group AG - Basel, Switzerland-based pharmaceutical company - Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria has granted marketing authorisation for Owozy, generic name semaglutide, which Sandoz will commercialise in Brazil in partnership with Adalvo, the developer of Owozy. It will be available in
Brazil in a pre-filled delivery system. "It is among the first new semaglutide treatment options approved in Brazil, in a market worth an estimated USD1.8 billion, and paves the way for an expected launch in the second half of 2026," company says.

Adyen NV - Amsterdam, Netherlands-based payments company - Announces partnership with fashion house Tod's Spa to accelerate "the evolution of omnichannel payments and reduce the operational complexity caused by fragmented infrastructures." Says the collaboration addresses Tod's "need to harmonize payment management across its physical and digital channels globally." Adds: "Adyen was selected to address the specific requirements of Tod's distinct regional markets. Adyen's single platform enables rapid adaptation to shifting consumer habits by offering local payment preferences, without the need for bespoke integrations, all while optimizing costs."

Predictive Discovery Ltd - South Perth, Australia-based miner - Completes USD10 million strategic investment in West African-focused gold exploration company, Awale Resources Ltd. PDI funds the investment from existing cash reserves. PDI now has an 11.8% shareholding in Awale on an undiluted basis.

NextEra Energy Inc - Juno Beach, Florida-based energy company - Announces a strategic partnership to develop a data center campus at the US Department of Energy's Paducah Site in Western Kentucky. The USD100 billion privately-funded project repurposes land at the former enrichment site into a hub for innovation and energy generation. The campus will support up to 1.8 gigawatts of utility capacity and over 1.2 GW of compute capacity. The partnership coalition includes Brookfield, NextEra Energy, Big Rivers Electric Power Corporation, Jackson Purchase Energy Cooperative and Paducah Power System. "This new campus helps secure our nation's position as a global leader in innovation," says US Energy Secretary Chris Wright. "It's difficult to overestimate the importance of this project. The planning and investment by NextEra Energy and Brookfield provides a crucial roadmap for future projects in the United States by revealing the ability to build world leading infrastructure without passing costs on to surrounding communities."

Deutsche Post AG / DHL Group - Bonn, Germany-based logistics company - Expands partnership with online marketplace Vinted. The two companies aim to significantly expand and simplify the shipping and collection of Vinted parcels through DHL's network of Packstations, Poststations and DeinFach lockers. A particular focus is on the locker-to-locker shipping option, which is expected to be used more widely on the platform in the future. "Using DHL Packstations, Vinted sellers can drop off parcels around the clock, while buyers can collect them whenever it suits them. Shipping via Packstations is already available without prior registration. In addition, Vinted buyers do not need to register for the Packstation service in order to receive parcels at a Packstation. The collection code required for pickup is sent by DHL via email and will also be available directly through Vinted in the future" DHL says.

Qualcomm Inc - San Diego, California-based chipmaker - Says its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for Galaxy, Snapdragon Wear Elite Platform and Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 will power Samsung Electronics Co's newest devices - including the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8, Samsung Galaxy Watch9, Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra21 and the new Intelligent Eyewear. "With Snapdragon powering the latest Galaxy smartphones, watches, and intelligent eyewear, Qualcomm and Samsung are enabling more natural, context-aware AI across the Galaxy ecosystem. We're proud to build on nearly 30 years of innovation as we help define the next generation of mobile experiences," says Qualcomm Chief Executive Officer Cristiano Amon. Also, completes its acquisition of Modular Inc, a leading innovator in AI-native software infrastructure. "The acquisition will accelerate the expansion of Qualcomm Technologies' AI platforms across devices, data center, edge infrastructure, and personal and industrial AI," Qualcomm says. Finally, BMW AG names Qualcomm as lead compute silicon provider for digital cockpit and automated driving. "The agreement reflects years of technical collaboration and Qualcomm Technologies' ability to deliver compute performance and AI capabilities that BMW Group's most demanding vehicle programs require. Spanning Qualcomm Technologies' Snapdragon Digital Chassis solutions, including its most powerful system-on-chips, the Snapdragon Elite automotive platform, and dedicated AI accelerators, the agreement establishes the hardware basis for BMW Group to deliver the next generation AI-powered experiences," company says.

Alkane Resources Ltd - Perth-based gold and antimony producer - Updates mineral resource for the Storheden Deposit at its Bjorkdal Operation in northern Sweden. Says new modeling at Storheden including drilling over 2025 and 2026 has improved confidence, with the inclusion of "indicated resources, higher grade and significantly higher contained gold ounces." Reports indicated resources of 1.07 million tonnes grading 2.51 grams per ton gold and inferred resources of 1.85 million tons grading 2.11 g/t gold. Chief Executive Nic Earner says: "Storheden represents an exciting new growth prospect at Bjorkdal. The positive drilling results of this latest campaign begin to demonstrate the scale of the deposit, with the extent and depth continuity still unknown and open. Additionally, portions of the Mineral Resource have now been drilled to a density sufficient to estimate indicated resource. Encouraged by continued positive results coupled with the potential Storheden provides, Alkane will continue to define the extents of the deposit and lift confidence in resources alongside the commencement of mine development to Storheden and the progression of permitting requirements for extraction."

SoftBank Group Corp - Tokyo-based investor - Issues JPY90.0 billion in unsecured straight corporate bonds, comprising JPY80.0 billion of three-year bonds and JPY10.0 billion of five-year bonds. The three-year bonds carry a 3.270% annual coupon, while the five-year bonds carry a 3.886% coupon, with both issued at par. Proceeds will be used to redeem domestic bonds maturing on September 11, 2026. The bonds are rated A by Japan Credit Rating Agency Ltd.

CSL Ltd - Melbourne-based biotechnology company - Announces that it will undertake clinical trial work to confirm the efficacy and safety of immunoglobulin manufactured using its next generation Horizon 2 process. CSL plans to obtain clinical evidence to support and finalise the regulatory approval processes for Horizon 2. CSL expects clinical activities to commence in mid-2027, using material manufactured at its Broadmeadows facility. "This will allow the clinical trial work to be undertaken in parallel with construction of the previously announced expansion of CSL's Kankakee, Illinois manufacturing facility," company says.
