Felder has worked at the bank since 2013, starting in private and business client banking in Burgdorf before moving into a team leader role.

He has been a regional head since 2020, leading the integration of Bern-East into the new Bern-South region. In the new post, he will also be responsible for the bank's headquarters at Bundesplatz in Bern.
