AppFolio names AWS preferred cloud provider

(AWP Alliance News) - Amazon.com Inc.'s AWS was named AppFolio's preferred cloud provider, deepening the companies' collaboration on the real estate software firm's AI-native platform. AppFolio's Performance Platform, including its Realm AI suite, runs on AWS infrastructure for nearly 23,000 customers.

The companies are jointly developing features, with AppFolio using Express Brokers for Amazon MSK for messaging and Amazon Bedrock for AI governance and model access. AppFolio said more than 99% of its customers now use some part of Realm.
