European stock movers in focus:
----------
Adyen NV, down 11% at EUR838.20 in Amsterdam, 12-month range EUR772.40-EUR1,600.80. The payment processing company has cut its annual margin aim and it retires a longer-term ambition. It now expects an earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margin of 50% for 2026. It had previously expected an Ebitda margin "one percentage point lower" than 2025's 53%. Adyen also abandons a medium-term objective, which was for an Ebitda margin "above 55% by 2028". It explains: "Strong merchant interest in Adyen's joint value proposition across payments, loyalty, billing, and financial products gives us the confidence to accelerate investments in our team, platform, and products to capture the large opportunity we see ahead. As a result, we now expect Ebitda margin of 50% in 2026. To retain flexibility, we are discontinuing our medium-term Ebitda objective. We remain confident in the inherent operating leverage of our business model over time." In the third quarter of 2026, net revenue rises 23% on-year to EUR738.1 million, a 22% constant currency climb. It still expects 2026 net revenue growth of 21% to 23% on a constant currency basis.
----------
Logitech International, down 11% at CHF82.20, 12-month range CHF65.00-CHF102.80. It reports a stronger financial second quarter but shares fall after it warns of a revenue decline in the current period. The computer hardware and software solutions provider says a June incident at the manufacturing facility of a semiconductor supplier resulted in the closure of site. The facility re-opened in September and began ramping up production. It is expected to return to full production by year-end, Logitech says. However, this is expected to reduce net sales by between USD70 million and USD80 million in the current quarter.
----------
Symrise, down 9.7% at EUR90.40, 12-month range EUR64.70-EUR102.85. The producer of cosmetic ingredients, flavours and fragrances says sales in the third quarter of the year rise 7.2% to EUR1.31 billion from EUR1.22 billion 12 months prior. Sales rise 5.3% organically in the third quarter. It still expects annual organic sales growth near the midpoint of a 2% and 4% range and it sees fourth-quarter growth moderating from the third due to a tough comparative.
----------
GSK, down 5.3% at 1,821.50p, 12-month range 1,624.50p-2,282.00p. It reports better-than-expected third-quarter earnings but progress is limited by a weaker-than-hoped performance in its Vaccines division. Revenue increases 4.0% to GBP8.89 billion from GBP8.55 billion, 0.6% ahead of GBP8.84 billion company-compiled consensus. But Vaccines sales fall 2.0% at constant currency to GBP2.58 billion from GBP2.68 billion, missing GBP2.62 billion consensus.
----------
UBS Group, down 1.9% at CHF38.11, 12-month range CHF28.25-CHF45.04. UBS reports higher third-quarter profit and it ups cost savings objectives for the year. Net profit for the quarter rises 8.4% to USD2.69 billion from USD2.48 billion a year prior. It is on track to exceed its 2026 underlying return on common equity tier 1 capital target of around 15% and achieve an underlying cost-to-income ratio below 70%, the bank adds. Focus recently at UBS has centred on the threat of a more unfavourable regulatory backdrop in its native Switzerland. "Of course, we are going to, and we will assess, and we are assessing what are the long-term consequences for our ability to compete out of Switzerland," Chief Executive Officer Sergio Ermotti says in a post-results call. "It is very clear that for our clients, they do appreciate Swissness like we do. Like we believe we contribute to the Swiss system. A passport is not enough nowadays."
