Pillay-Ramsamy joins from Sulzer, where he is division president for Services and an executive committee member.

He will replace Roland Schwarz, who will move to chief executive of OMT, Accelleron's fuel-injection unit. OMT's current CEO, Klaus Heim, will retire at the end of September 2026.
